In pellet mill,ring die works under the condition of HTHP,where the temperature and pr essere is supposed to stay unchanged in theory。With the biomass pellet produces heat and ste -am under the compression molding process,ring die could crack in short time(lower than 200 h) with the alternating stress and temperature stress of the tension and compression。At the same time, in high temperature and humidity environment,the oil of inner bearing of ring die may become thin and finally loss,it will cause>high damage rate of the bearing(2h to 2 days)。
But the compression molding of integral style finishes in the inner peripheral surface and the compression bore of the ring die in very short time(△t).Try to imagine if can reduce the inner temperature of uncompressed work area,it may ensure both the normal granulation in compression area and ring die and bearing cooling.Does this can extend the life of the ring die and bearing? The critial technology comes frombove.and it is the pioneer both in domestic and external.

Since 2008,since H.S adopts the temperature control technology of the ring die system.the temperature control between 50-90℃.We have never seen a cracked ring die among the the pellet machines we sold.The life span of one sigle ring diefrom 250-300T to800-1000T,the hight reached1500T,with the fee reduced from 25-30 RMB to 5-7RMB.
